We have pleasant and modern workplaces. The building is fully air-conditioned and clean. Our equipment is modern.

What I like about my employer

I feel valued and can really make a difference. The employer trusts me and gives me the freedom to do my job and solve problems more or less independently. The environment is excellent due to the diverse backgrounds of the employees, a strong culture of ethical values and mutual respect. The employer's products are of a very high standard.

Modern and authentic with its finger on the pulse. Here it's really still about the customer. Above all, the focus is on advice and financial expertise. The ethical component with the Two Wings association is also pleasing, as banks are otherwise known more for greed and economic self-interest.

Especially as a woman, I feel seen and well looked after at a bank that is run by 2/3 female board members, whether as a customer or employee. 5 star recommendation.

On the day of my first interview, I already had the impression that I was valued. After that, I was warmly welcomed by my department and integrated well. Partner Bank manages to combine professionalism and informality.

If you have the will, you can familiarize yourself deeply with the subject matter and put what you have learned to good use straight away. You quickly become someone who makes a valuable contribution.

Last week I went to a workshop on women and financing.

It was very interesting and there was a lot I didn't know.

The speakers were very knowledgeable and made you feel very comfortable. The buffet was excellent and the guests we met were all very nice.

If there is another workshop, I will gladly come to the partner bank!
