Liability Umbrella
A Reliable Partner
As a bank, we differentiate ourselves from platforms by not only acting as intermediaries but also as a custodian bank. We are subject to the strict guidelines of banking and securities supervisory authorities.
Customer Assets in Customer Ownership
Securities accounts are managed as separate customer assets and as such are completely separate from the bank's assets. This means that Partner Bank does not acquire any ownership rights to the values held in the deposit. The unrestricted ownership remains with the customer.
Liability Umbrella: Your Security in Financial Advice
After registration of the financial service provider with the national supervisory authority, Partner Bank assumes liability for those financial service providers who do not have their own licenses for banking and securities transactions. This liability is limited to correct investment advice for the securities services processed through the bank with custody accounts maintained at the bank. As financial service providers are independent companies, customer money is accepted exclusively by Partner Bank.
